Step 2 - We’ll call you back with a confirmation. Step 3 - The costumer comes to our office and we take care of the rest. Your referral fee is sent out the same day. We work hard on qualifying every application and we have a high success rate because of our flexible Credit & Income qualifications, plus we have many loan programs available.
